1. What this website is

This website is a marketing and information site. It describes our products and links out to checkout — it does not itself process payments, store your card details, or complete any sale. By using this site, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose (learning about and purchasing our products) and not to copy, scrape, or redistribute its content.

2. Who you're actually buying from

All checkout on this site happens through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. In practice, that means:

• The transaction itself — your payment, receipt, and the contract of sale — is between you and Lemon Squeezy, not directly with "Lived Not Spent"
• Lemon Squeezy handles tax collection, compliance, and payment processing
• We (Lived Not Spent) are the creator and licensor of the content — we're responsible for the product itself, its quality, and its delivery

Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms of service, which apply alongside these.

3. What you're buying

Every product sold is a digital product — delivered as a downloadable file (typically PDF). Nothing physical is shipped. Access is granted immediately after checkout, via a download link and/or email delivery.

4. Refunds

Because every product is a digital file delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the download has been accessed. We're not able to offer refunds for change of mind after delivery. If a technical problem prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll fix it.

5. License to use what you buy

When you purchase a product, you're buying a personal-use license from us, not the underlying copyright. Specifically, you may:

• Download and keep your own copy for personal use
• Print it for your own use, as many times as you like

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files with people who haven't purchased them
• Repost the content publicly (online or in print) in whole or in large part
• Claim the material as your own or use it to create a competing product
